Goal

Promote a space for unity among professional members of the CIC, already retired from their professional practice, through the coordination of technical and integration activities aimed at this group of professionals.

Generate knowledge on sustainability and the environment through the organization of technical activities and specific projects aimed at professional members of the College of Civil Engineers.

Promote a space for unity among professional members of the CIC under 35 years of age through the coordination of technical and integration activities aimed at this group of professionals.

Generate the necessary actions to keep the profile of the civil engineering professional updated, attached to good technique and the state of the art of the profession.

Generate knowledge for the members of the College of the BIM tool, through the organization of training that allows professionals to apply the knowledge acquired in different types of projects and, consequently, provide a better service to society in the development of the national infrastructure.

Act as an executing arm of the CIC Board of Directors in its function of providing the members of the College with technical resources for their daily practice of the profession.

Link Municipal Engineers, Responsible Professionals, Government Institutions, Private Companies in the exercise of public administration in order to encourage economic reactivation, simplification of procedures, respect for professional practice and current regulations.

Provide comprehensive training and development services to professionals who reside and/or work in areas outside the Greater Metropolitan Area.

Comply with current regulations regarding the incorporation of new members.

Comply with current regulations regarding professional certification.

Promote a space for unity between professional members of the CIC through the coordination of sports activities.

Promote the development of our members and future generations of engineers by disseminating, supporting and encouraging the participation of women within the CFIA and in the practice of Civil Engineering.

Write a standard addressed to CFIA members on the subject of construction.
